FAQ
Should I form an LLC instead of a general partnership?
Yes, in most cases. General partnerships expose each partner to unlimited personal liability for the business's debts. An LLC provides liability protection. Use this template for a partnership only if you've consciously chosen that structure.
Can we change the profit split later?
Yes — clause 5 can be amended in writing with unanimous consent. Document any changes carefully and re-sign the agreement.
